Add Your Own Shifts*

If your manager allows you add your own shifts, you will see the Add New Shift button when you sign in and are viewing a published week on your My Schedule Weekly view.

Adding New Shifts:

  • In the top menu, choose Schedule to view your My Schedule Week view and navigate to the week you want to add a shift
  • Click the Add Shift button in the upper left side of the schedule
  • Select a Position, enter the Start and Edit Times (and duration if the shift includes any unpaid break time)
  • Check off the days of the week to add the shift
  • Optional - choose a category and color and add a description
  • Click the Add Shift button in the upper right corner
