Changes made to individual shifts (edits to start/end times, staff assignments, trades, etc.) are stored in the Shift History, and changes made to the week’s schedule (Import, Autofill, Publish) are stored in the Schedule History. You can click on any shift to bring up a Shift Edit popup, in which you'll find a link to the "Shift History", which lists the changes made to that shift in the past 45 days, along with who made the changes, and when they were made (http://mgrhelp.when2work.com/h-sub-view-edit-sched/h-shift-history). You can also run a report to export the contents of the 'Shift History' for any date range. Each Shift History contains recent changes, and those can be put together and printed or exported. Simply select the date range of the shifts you are interested in seeing, and run the Shift History Report on our Reports page. This will show you individual shift changes made in the last 45 days for shifts that fall into that time frame. If you were to run this report every 30 days, you could create an archive of Shift History changes in your account. We also have a "Schedule History" link on the bottom right of each schedule week that shows when week-long actions like Import, AutoFill, and Publish were performed on that week along with who made the change and when it occurred (http://mgrhelp.when2work.com/h-sub-view-edit-sched/h-daily-notes/h-schedule-history). You may also set your email notifications to be notified every time another manager makes a change to a published schedule or approves time off, etc. if you wish to track the changes other managers are making to your account.
